This volume presents a selection of legislative texts and case law of European and Belgian Tourism Law. It focuses on the law regarding consumers protection, such as air passengers rights and rights of travellers buying travel services. Marc Taeymans is lecturer Tourism Law at Thomas More University College, Mechelen. He graduated in Law at the KU Leuven and obtained a Master of Laws from the University of Virginia. He is currently also company lawyer in Brussels and a judge at the Commercial Court in Antwerp.
